How to Report a Problem Concerning Hazardous Chemicals
The Business Waste Line operator coordinates the Local Hazardous Waste Management Program in King County's response to calls and referrals related to the mismanagement of hazardous materials. This coordination minimizes redundant site visits and ensures that the appropriate agency responds to a particular complaint.
To report a complaint or potential problem, call the Business Waste Line at 206-263-8899, 9:00 a.m. – noon and 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays or email business.waste@kingcounty.gov.
