The Household Hazards Line staff provide King County residents with information on how to properly transport, and where to dispose of their household hazardous waste, and to use less toxic and non-toxic alternatives to household hazardous materials.

Residents can contact the Household Hazards Line, Monday to Friday, except holidays, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (206) 296-4692, toll free at 1-888-869-4233 or via email at haz.waste@kingcounty.gov.
