This pick up service helps eligible King County seniors and residents with disabilities safely dispose of hazardous waste they may have in their home or garage.
Contact the Household Hazards Line at (206) 296-4692 or 1-888-Toxiced (869-4233), 9:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays, to find out if you are eligible.

Note: The home collection staff does not collect other special wastes such as latex paint, tires, electronics, or medications.
A collection date will be scheduled, usually Wednesdays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. If you do not meet the eligibility requirements, but live in King County, you can dispose of household hazardous waste at any of the household hazardous waste collection facilities or Wastemobile events. There is no fee for household hazardous waste disposal. It is paid for in your utility bills.
